Local Delivery: Soho Art Supplies now offers local delivery to addresses in Vaughan, York Region, Toronto, Peel Region & Barrie-South Simcoe. Local deliveries can be made available to the following postal codes & city/regional boundary limits:
- City of Toronto (all postal codes)
- York Region (including Vaughan, King City, Thornhill, Aurora, Nobleton & Newmarket)
- City of Barrie & South Simcoe (Bradford, Innisfil and Cookstown)
- Peel Region (including Brampton, Mississauga & Caledon)
Local Delivery Rates
- Free local delivery on orders $75.00 and over (before taxes) for standard size, in-stock items
- A flat rate of $6 applies on orders below $75.00 (before taxes).

Curb-side Pickup: Every order is important to us and we know many of our patrons need supplies on an urgent basis. The quickest way to receive your items would be to choose the curb-side option for your purchase (either via online or via telephone request). Orders are confirmed during business hours typically within 1-2 hours. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a pick-up notification. Items can be picked up at 8099 Weston Road in Vaughan, Ontario from Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and Sundays from 12 to 4 pm.
Delivery Days/Times: Most in-stock items should arrive within 1-2 days at the present time. Normal delivery times are made between 7 am and 9 pm daily.
Recipient May be Contacted: In most cases, the delivery personnel may contact the recipient to ensure they will be home to accept the delivery or ring the doorbell and acknowledge receipt from a safe distance.
Concierge/Front Desk Condominiums: If you live in a multi-level unit, please include your unit number in the address information. In most cases, the courier will message or call in advance to secure advance notice. Please note, if your building is not equipped to accept packages or the courier is unable to drop-off your items securely, your shipment may be re-scheduled to the next delivery date to your delivery zone.
Special Instructions: If you have special instructions for delivery, please feel free to add them to the fill-in text box on the Order Summary page. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, these cannot be guaranteed.
Oversized items: Oversized, heavy or specialty items may require special courier services, packaging or transport logistics and therefore may be subject to an additional fee. This will be communicated upon receipt of your order and prior to order fulfillment. Please use the Contact Us form for more information or to inquire about rates on specific items. Typically, these would apply to items such as canvas and wood panels (over 40 inches), stretcher bars (over 40 inches) canvas rolls, heavy volume liquids, delicate specialty papers (unrolled), etc. During special promotions, these fees may be waived.
P.O. Boxes: We are unable to deliver items to a P.O. Box or community mailboxes.
Items Left at the Door: If a customer cannot be contacted on or before date of delivery, the customer assumes all liability for items requested to be left at the door, porch, lobby, etc. Soho Art Supplies cannot be held responsible for stolen, missing or faulty product once its been delivered in good condition. In most cases, items will be plastic wrapped or packaged in clear plastic to prevent moisture exposure and left in a canopied area. Please note, it is not advisable for certain art supplies to be left out in cold or hot temperatures. As such, goods may be re-scheduled to the next available shipment date to the area at the discretion of shop staff or delivery personnel.
Incorrect addresses: If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was made to the specified address, Soho Art Supplies is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
