Are you open for in-store shopping?

Yes, we are open for in-store shopping 7 days a week. Orders placed online and by telephone (905-856-7646) will be still be available for local delivery and curbside pick-up.

Is parking available?

Yes, we have ample free parking available at our retail location. We're centrally located close to Highway 400 and Highway 7.  

How does the pick-up option work?

If you’ve placed an order online, select the ‘Pick-up’ option for the shop location at 8099 Weston Road on the Checkout page. You will receive a ‘Ready for pick-up’ confirmation by e-mail once your order has been prepared.

For in-store: Upon arrival, please let us know your order number, and name assigned to the order. A piece of ID may be requested at the time of pick-up to ensure order accuracy.

For curb-side: Upon arrival, give us a call at (905) 856-7646 with your order number, name and we’ll bring out your order shortly. If you’d like us to load your items into your vehicle, please ensure your trunk is open and that your vehicle is safely parked. A piece of ID may be requested at the time of pick-up to ensure order accuracy.

If you’ve placed an order or product hold by telephone, please give us a call at (905) 856-7646 with your name and order number and we’ll bring out your items curb-side. If you’d like us to load your items into your vehicle, please ensure your trunk is open and the vehicle is safely parked.  

When can you deliver my items?

We aim to get orders delivered out to you as soon as possible. At the present time, in-stock items can be expected to arrive within 2-3 days upon confirmation of your order. Some delays may be expected due to inclement weather, etc. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

How did Soho Art Supplies start?

Soho Art Supplies opened in 2008 by Kay and Soon. Together, they've been in the art supply business since 1999. Soho Art Supplies continues to operate as a family-owned and -operated brick-and-mortar storefront. Servicing and working along side Canada's extraordinary pool of creative professionals for the past 25 years has been quite the adventure! No regrets!
