Clear Gesso is a size and ground that dries clear or translucent, depending on its thickness, keeping your working surface visible. It is flexible, non-cracking and non-yellowing when dry and adheres to canvas, paper, wood or any clean, porous, non-oily surface.
An excellent ground for acrylic/oil painting and has an ideal high tooth finish for pastel, oil pastel, graphite, and charcoal. It can be mixed with a very small amount of transparent or translucent acrylic color to tint the ground while maintaining its transparency.
